Dear Dell,
I have canceled my order. If you would like me to ever try purchasing a computer from you again, I would suggest that you don’t:
- put a hold on my card and make me call my credit card company to verify my order.
- call me in the middle of the work day to reconfirm the order that I just had to call and verify.
- require a land line for delivery confirmation. I don’t use a land line.
- have your representative continually repeat the land line requirement even though I just said that I don’t have a land line number.
Buying online should be easy. You made it hard. I’m going to Best Buy.
